Prime Video is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will support our mission of delighting customers to build the most-loved video service in the world. In this role, you will develop and scale marketing programs for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime members add subscriptions like Paramount+, STARZ, Max and more, all with no cable subscription necessary. As a member of the team, you will support the strategy creation and execution of programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement for Prime Video Channels.
A successful candidate is a strong collaborator who has demonstrated an ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external teams. The candidate is also an effective written and verbal communicator and analytical thinker who uses data to drive program improvement and optimization. An ideal candidate also has experience managing projects with multiple workstreams, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and is able to assess and balance multiple and competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing high visibility marketing campaigns and promotions, authoring go-to-market documents for new program offers, and partnering with teams across Amazon to assess strategic opportunities for program growth and automation. This includes defining target campaign audiences, identifying success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and building scalable mechanisms to gather stakeholder feedback and alignment. You will work closely with marketers, product managers, program managers, finance, and business leaders to improve the reach and resonance of our marketing programs and advocate for an improved customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
