- 2 to 5 years of working experience as product owner in RAFM or any telecom implementation project
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Development/implementation experience in FMS Mobileum (WeDo) RAID product
- 2 to 8 years of experience in development of Revenue Assurance/Fraud Management Solution using any COTS packages
- Good Communication Skill & Client interaction experience
- Familiarity/Experience with Agile way of working, DevOps will be added advantage
- As a Product Owner can understands customer requirements and translates them into product requirements
- Very good requirement gathering & documentation knowledge
- Very good understanding on Telecom Revenue Assurance Domain
- Very good understanding on Telecom Fraud types and rules
- Very Good understanding of new frauds happening in Telecom industry
- Very Good understanding of device frauds happening in Telecom industry
- Should be able to analyze and convert business requirement in SDD/HLD/BRS/SRS/LLD and design documents
- Should have knowledge of design and development of different validations rule working in COTS packages like inter-system, trending, aging, and file-sequence
- Should have knowledge of design, development, and customization (upon business request) of FRAUD detection engines and its existing configuration
- Should have knowledge of creation & modification of fraud rules (upon business request) of FRAUD detection engines and its existing configuration
- Knowledge of customization of DASHBOARD for representation of business data, alerts, and fraud analytics
- Good knowledge of oracle SQL and PL-SQL scripting
- Good knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting & Python
- Well versed in documentation and communication skills
- Overall knowledge of the E2E application, systems & solution for FMS (Fraud Management) application - Technical specialist for resolving all complex & critical application issues/ challenges faced by the team
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Good team player
- Good functional knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS systems
- RAFM: 5 years (Required)

- A Techno functional Product Owner works closely with the development/testing team to ensure that the product is built according to the standards and requirements
- Engage in all phases of Agile sprint which includes planning, requirement gathering and analysis, development & testing solution build using RAFM COTS packages
- Participate in design meetings and consult with clients to refine the business needs
- Will be responsible for design and development core functionalities to create test automation to validate fraud in telecom operation
- Responsible to define product goals, measure team progress and satisfy client needs by using analytical thinking
- Participating in the business and technical review to evaluate the solution
- Test, maintain and recommend process improvements to ensure optimization of business process and model
- Identify areas and ideas to improve solution accuracy & performance
- As a Product Owner can represents the customers voice and creates a product vision together with the stakeholders
- Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and perform unit testing
- Accountable for meeting & improving SLA & KPIs for their application suite
- Responsible for driving down the L3 incidents, problem, trouble tickets, service request trends
