As we continue to expand our product lines and digital presence, we are building an in-house video studio and creative team to support large-scale product launches, social media, Amazon, website content, and brand storytelling.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Product Videographer & Video Content Producer to lead the creation of high-volume, high-quality video content across our entire product catalog and brand ecosystem.

This role is essential in planning, capturing, editing, and producing compelling video content that highlights our products, tells our brand story, and supports marketing, e-commerce, and ministry initiatives.

You will produce hundreds of videos per year, working closely with marketing, product, e-commerce, and creative teams to bring products and stories to life through video.

This is an on-site role based at our Bloomingdale, IL headquarters and in-house studio.

Key Responsibilities

Product & E-Commerce Video

  • Plan, shoot, and produce product videos for 200–400 new products , released twice per year
  • Create optimized videos for:
  • Website product pages
  • Amazon listings and marketplaces
  • YouTube
  • Social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create category, collection, and product-line overview videos
  • Capture high-quality photography and video footage to support product launches and campaigns

Brand & Marketing Video

  • Produce a wide range of brand-driven content, including:
  • Company story and brand videos
  • New product launch videos
  • Author spotlights
  • Team interviews
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Bible verse and devotional clips
  • News, announcements, and promotional videos
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards

Creative Development

  • Develop creative concepts, outlines, and storyboards aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Assist with:
  • Script writing and storytelling
  • Shot planning and production flow
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistency across all visual content

Production, Editing & Workflow

  • Operate and manage studio cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment
  • Handle all aspects of post-production, including:
  • Video editing
  • Color correction
  • Sound design
  • Motion graphics and basic visual effects
  • Deliver content efficiently in multiple formats and aspect ratios for various platforms
  • Maintain organized footage libraries, assets, and project files
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure consistent quality, branding, and performance across all videos

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging video techniques
  • Explore new tools and workflows to improve speed, scalability, and quality

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in videography, video production, or digital media
  • Proven experience producing:
  • Product videos
  • E-commerce content
  • Social media video content
  • Strong proficiency with:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Final Cut Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Framing, lighting, audio, and camera operation
  • Editing for engagement and conversion
  • Experience operating professional video equipment and lighting setups
  • Knowledge of social media video requirements and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a high-output environment
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating previous video work (required)

Strong Plus

  • Experience with:
  • Motion graphics and basic animation
  • Studio-based or structured production environments
  • Photography skills to support marketing and product content
  • Experience or strong interest in:
  • AI video tools
  • AI-assisted editing, captioning, and content generation
  • Exploring how AI can scale and accelerate video production workflows
