About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.

Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better. We connect chronic disease patients with a Registered Dietitian via telehealth and get it covered by their health insurance.

We launched two years ago and already have hundreds of dietitians and tens of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. About the Role

As a critical member of our Clinical Operations team, you’ll provide a world-class experience for Nourish's registered dietitians through their onboarding journey. This means ensuring that all touch points our dietitians have with Nourish are delightful and that they're set up to succeed in delivering amazing healthcare to our clients.

Reporting to our Director of Clinical Operations , you will be instrumental in executing Nourish’s ambitious growth targets; you will support a critical function of the organization as Nourish scales its interactions with patients, dietitians, and insurance companies.

This role is full-time and open to remote or in Nourish’s NYC office in the heart of  Silicon Alley .

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully onboard new Nourish RDs, ensuring onboarding RDs correctly follow the process in a prompt manner.
• Support RD training through new provider outreach and question responses, ensuring all new RDs have a world-class first experience with Nourish.
• Help monitor RD credentialing, ensuring that RDs are on track to complete credentialing with insurance payers as quickly as possible through direct provider reminders and support on key credentialing tasks.
• Identify existing weaknesses in Nourish’s provider onboarding and training experience, and work with Clinical Operations to improve relevant collateral.
• Provide additional assistance to RDs in their first weeks at Nourish when they are still learning new systems, answering technical and process questions in order to give new RDs the best possible start at Nourish.
• Assist in new clinical policy and clinical product feature rollout by getting familiar with new approaches, answering RD questions, and ensuring all relevant collateral is updated.
