The Remedy Corporation is looking for detail-oriented QA Mystery Shoppers to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will make outbound calls to various call centers, posing as a customer, to evaluate the performance of customer service representatives. Instead of traditional customer satisfaction surveys, you will grade the representative based on specific criteria, including communication skills, issue resolution, professionalism, and adherence to company protocols. This is a remote, work-from-home position, offering flexible hours. The role is perfect for individuals looking for a side gig that allows them to contribute to improving the quality of customer service across different industries.
