• Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with current and prospective clients within the real estate industry.
• Ensure all documentation is current and compliant with the relevant regulations governing real estate dispositions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline the process of disposing of real estate assets efficiently.
• Prepare and submit regular reports outlining sales activities and progress in real estate dispositions.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer information and sales data effectively.
• Assist in additional projects as delegated by the business related to real estate dispositions.

Qualifications:
