A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed and the most organized when doing so. You'll be tasked with supporting our recruiters, helping to build rad teams and partnering wherever needed.
You'll also: Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events.
Be knowledgeable about our business and be on point for HR related questions (i.e. benefits, comp, etc).
Be comfortable with the data; running reports (some ad hoc) will be at least a weekly task. Spread the UberLOVE through attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
Work closely with our recruitment team to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of prior scheduling experience. Calendar management, high volume scheduling.

Strong Written and Verbal communications skills
