Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to join our team in Midland, TX. In this role, you will lead and promote our services while developing strong business relationships that contribute to our financial success. You will inspire and guide your team to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example and oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring adherence to our systems and policies, including sales, marketing, and health & safety standards.
Manage the Midland division's budget and forecasting efforts.
Track utilization and costs of equipment and tools, and oversee the procurement process for assigned projects.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses for projects to ensure effective resource management.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to define, scope, design, and implement projects.
Develop and follow standardized workflows to manage project delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Establish metrics to measure and improve individual, team, and third-party project delivery performance for maximum efficiency.
Network internally to identify and implement system improvements that enhance operations and customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities within North American accounts.
Promote our services and build long-lasting, productive business relationships that create mutual benefits.
Demonstrate the value of our services to clients in achieving their strategic goals.
Proactively seek new business opportunities through leads, networking, research tools, and targeted outreach.
Develop marketing strategies that include advertising, networking, and participation in industry-specific organizations.
Collaborate effectively with the Delivery Centre to facilitate job interviews and placements for clients.
Meet agreed-upon sales targets and monitor monthly sales performance against forecasts, addressing any variances.
Work constructively with management colleagues to ensure efficient communication regarding business opportunities and activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for sales experience.
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills, along with budgeting and planning expertise.
Background in oil and gas is a plus.
Proven track record in account management and excellent customer service.
General business management experience is beneficial.

Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Willingness to travel to local client work sites.
