Job Description

We are currently hiring professionals and entrepreneurs who can provide specialized guidance and advice for clients in the areas of investment and insurance. No experience is necessary as training will be provided.

The Santos Agency

is seeking to hire individuals who are self-starters, looking to develop a strong sales career and manage their own business. Commission structure is aggressive and

Compensation

  • This role is commission-only
  • Average Part Time 1-2 sales/week = $25K - $50K per year
  • Average Full Time 3-5 sales/week = $75k - $125K per year

Role

  • This is a Remote/Virtual sales position selling life insurance products. We have a streamlined lead generation system and there is no cold calling involved. Our system will put you in front of qualified buyers who have a need and have requested our services.
  • The sales agent will call clients, set appointments, and meet with them for about 45 minutes to help them pick out the best insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Some of our agents start on a part-time basis and gradually move to full-time.
  • The position is open to entry-level individuals and experienced professionals. Our team will continuously give you mentorship and guidance to build your skillset as an agent - But if you are not open to being your own boss/managing your own schedule - this might not be the role for you.
  • If you do not already have a Life/Health Insurance License - we have a process for obtaining one in as fast as 7-10 days by means of an online study course.

Responsibilities
