Purpose of Position
We are looking for an individual to work with the EERC on developing innovative technologies and processes. This position will focus on assisting senior chemists with lab work.
Duties & Responsibilities
General materials handling
Instrumental analyses under supervision of senior chemist
General housekeeping of chemical laboratory following laboratory safety practices
Assisting with preparation of technical reports and presentations
Assist in the planning and preparation of surveys.
Assist with qualitative research.
Conduct data processing and data analysis.
Gather demographic information.
Conduct literature reviews.
Required Competencies
Experience with MS Excel.
Must be able to follow directions.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
High school student; must be 16 or older at the time of hire.
Basic understanding of chemistry.
Experience with MS Excel for data analysis.
Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
