Job Summary
Aesthetic Clean is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Hourly Cleaner to join our growing team. This role involves cleaning both residential and commercial properties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization. The ideal candidate will bring a dedication to providing exceptional service and take pride in creating clean and welcoming spaces. Please note: Cleaners will need to provide their own cleaning supplies and tools.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas to ensure a healthy environment.
Handle various floor care tasks, including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining different types of flooring.
Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and ensure its long-term upkeep.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both residential and commercial spaces.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client preferences and maintaining professionalism.
Monitor and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies or equipment issues.
Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, or custodial roles is preferred.
Skills: Familiarity with floor care, carpet cleaning methods, and cleaning chemicals.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work consistently.
Tools and Supplies: Must have own cleaning supplies and tools for efficient job completion.
Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

Experience in commercial cleaning practices.
Knowledge of safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals.
Background in hotel housekeeping or similar settings is advantageous.
