As a server, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with an exceptional dining experience that exceeds their expectations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our customers
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and service areas
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, adhere to cash handling and credit policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional experience for our customers
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required
A minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant server
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service and sanitation guidelines
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
