We’re looking for an experienced Part-Time Retail Sales Merchandiser (24 hours/week) to support our client in the confectionery and candy industry across Barrie, ON and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being part of a supportive national team.
What You’ll Do
- Visit retail stores to stock shelves, merchandise, rotate inventory, and build displays.
- Execute planogram updates and ensure planogram (POG) compliance.
- Maintain and expand product distribution across assigned stores.
- Build incremental displays and identify opportunities to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management.
- Submit reports and updates accurately and on time using an iPad.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of retail merchandising experience (grocery or confectionery preferred)
- Sales experience is an asset
- Availability during weekday daytime business hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Comfortable using an Apple iPad for reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Hours:
Part-time — 24 hours per week during daytime business hours.
