Our firm is on the lookout for an entry level Retail Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing retail marketing team and take our clients by storm. We are renowned for providing unprecedented exposure in the retail marketplace for our clients. Our proven face-to-face approach identifies and develops new streams of revenue for clients through on-site marketing promotions and sales campaigns with a personal touch. Every retail marketing and sales campaign is executed uniquely for each client's researched target market.

Our retail Marketing and Sales team is in need of self-motivated individuals to assist in the growth of our new marketing campaign. The Retail Marketing Assistant is considered to be a crucial member of the Marketing and Sales team and reports directly to senior management. We are looking for someone who is ready to make an impact on a brand with a new and innovative perspective! 

Retail Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers inside of retailers with the goal of enrolling them in our clients products or services 
• Process, generate, and track sales leads and customer acquisition
• Represent our clients’ brands professionally at all times
• Utilize a face-to-face customer approach to resolve customer issues, answer customer inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities
• Serve as an enthusiastic member of the Marketing and Sales team through the support and execution of all promotions and sales activities

All of our entry-level Retail Marketing Assistants receive a hands-on training approach that will challenge our team members. We encourage all of our staff to learn marketing, sales, event processes, and management strategies. Senior management provides a setting that will broaden experiences while promoting self-confidence, accomplishment, and maturity. We offer all of our Retail Marketing Assistants the opportunity to work with several different clients and departments to gain skills in their entry-level career.

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Assistant with various backgrounds such as:

• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Events, Promotions, or Customer Service
• A college degree is preferred but not required
• Confident in a team environment and eager to bring a new perspective 
• Proven ability to market products efficiently 
• Outgoing, energetic, and positive while interacting with consumers and team members 
• Self-sufficient, impeccable critical thinking abilities, and trustworthy
