Summary of Position:

Spectrum Industrial Services, Inc., an established firm spanning more than 30 years in business and with offices in Mobile, Alabama; Birmingham, Alabama; and Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Alabaster, Alabama. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of our services, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate should be a great communicator and be well respected in the industry. Though we expect the chosen candidate to further define, develop, and lead in their role, we provide the following as a framework of what will be expected of this individual.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Demonstrating products and services to potential customers and closing sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Collaborating with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
• A driven personality that looks to have a long-lasting impact on the individuals with whom they interact and who seeks to build a strong future within the Spectrum Organization; and
• Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Conditions – Any offer of employment is subject to the results of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and review of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background check.

Salary – Commensurate with experience.
