Job Title: Bouncer / Door Man / Host

Location: High-End Restaurant Club, West Hollywood and/or Hotel Rooftop in Hollywood

Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Bouncer and/or Door Man to join our team at a prestigious Restaurant Club in West Hollywood and/or a Hotel Rooftop in West Hollywood Hollywood. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entrance and ensuring a welcoming and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control access to the club, ensuring only authorized guests enter.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Monitor guest activity and manage the flow of people entering and exiting.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the security team to handle any disturbances or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Door Man or Bouncer, preferably in a club or high-end establishment.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card as required by the State of California.
• Can start immediately
• Must own a black suit, black tie, black shirt, and black dress shoes
• Physically fit for extensive patrolling and capable of handling potential confrontations.
• Knowledgeable in security equipment and technology.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a smartphone with knowledge of how to use different apps
• Must be physically sharp, well-groomed, and well-mannered
• Must have excellent communication skills and be well-spoken.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week (to discuss during the interview)
