LaSalle Network has partnered with a technology and industrial company that is hiring a  Service Administration Assistant in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.

Service Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

• Contact multiple service vendors to get status updates on open service calls
• Professionally communicate service status with customers
• Schedule service calls with third-party vendors but also direct service force
• Submit invoices for service work to customers
• Process invoices in Salesforce
• Create quotations for service work in real-time
• Review and verify assets and parts warranty status and determine business scenario and accounting type
• Escalate customer concerns to Regional Technical team and work to resolve open issues
• Accurately update company CRM with real-time updates

Service Administration Assistant Requirements:

• 2-3 years of office administrative experience is preferred
• Personable with good relationship-building skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Working knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plus
• Working knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plus
• Strong written communication
