Our client, a growing IT & Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join the team in Florida on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a strategic platform designed to improve operational efficiency and propel business growth for their customers.
Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will drive the technical specification and deployment of ServiceNow products.
You will provide specialized knowledge on technical queries concerning ServiceNow function development.
Create technical solutions, partnering with developers for execution and performing component integration tests.
Aid the development and ServiceNow teams for resolving issues and implementing technical solutions.
Work closely with Management and the Project Manager to strategize roadmaps, sprints and releases.
Deliver product demonstrations to clients, collecting feedback to improve product excellence.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Smoke testing with QA and testing teams.
Oversee system upgrades to ensure the utilization of the latest version of ServiceNow.
Skillset:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar.
Possesses ServiceNow Certified System Administrator accreditation; additional certifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated success in deploying and managing ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, adept at teamwork and managing concurrent tasks effectively.
Proficient in ITIL practices.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe Development methodologies.
Experience in system integration utilizing web services and web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
Skilled in relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
Proficient in customizing the ServiceNow user interface.
Expertise in Taxonomy Management.
