Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to handle our posts across various social media platforms. This includes planning and posting content several times a week, capturing lifestyle moments, promoting our merchandise, and highlighting our coffee offerings. If you’re a motivated self-starter who loves surf culture, social media, and content creation, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:

• $800/month

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Posting

• Develop engaging posts (photo, video, stories, reels, etc.) several times per week across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and potentially other relevant channels.
• Capture unique, on-brand content that showcases our surf-inspired products, coffee, events, and community spirit.

Brand Representation

• Ensure that all posts and interactions adhere to the SABA Surf brand voice and aesthetic.
• Collaborate with team members to align social strategy with new merchandise launches or in-store promotions.

Community Engagement

• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions.
• Engage with followers in a warm, genuine tone, reflecting the friendly surf culture.

Analytics & Growth

• Track post performance and share insights to help refine future content strategies.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement and follower growth.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Basic photography and videography skills for capturing merchandise, coffee, and brand lifestyle content.
• Creative mindset for crafting engaging posts.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for surf culture or a willingness to learn and embrace it.
