Job Description
We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Social Media Manager to join our team remotely within the USA. In this role, you'll play a vital part in fostering strong, authentic relationships between content creators and their audiences, enhancing both engagement and monetization strategies.
Working closely with our creator community, you'll support content creators by listening to their needs and incorporating their feedback into strategic decisions and marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Product Marketing Manager in the USA and involves collaboration with multiple departments to build and optimize our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, providing guidance and support to help them foster genuine connections with their audiences.
Content Strategy Development: Design and implement effective social media strategies that showcase our products and services while promoting creator content in line with marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and monetization strategies that resonate with a U.S. audience.
Market Insights: Conduct research to understand current trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics, leveraging data to refine social media strategies.
Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, regularly reporting on campaign performance and recommending improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global PR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels, contributing to the broader marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within the adult content industry, including platforms like OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or JustFor.Fans.
Strong proficiency in top social media platforms like X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
In-depth understanding of the dynamics between content creators and audiences in the U.S. market, with experience in fan engagement, branding, and PR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Skilled in using social media management and analytics tools for performance tracking and audience engagement.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, audience behaviors, and campaign performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong multitasking capabilities.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
