 Salary: $135,000-$150,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Car + Bonus + benefits offered

Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Corporate Executive Chef to support the culinary team in region/states within the senior living/acute care community sector.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develops and implements operational, regional, and corporate culinary plans
• Provides hands-on training programs to assure consistency of programs across the region 
• Develops the Culinary Support Team (Regional Chefs) within the Region
• Routinely conducts unit visits and completes?required reporting according to policy
• Participates in the sales process and acquisition of new business
• Manages SG&A budget in a fiscally responsible manner
• Complies with all regulatory agency (local, state, federal) as well as department sanitation policies

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Culinary Arts - required 
• Ten years of progressive BOH food service management experience - required
• Multi-unit culinary management experience- required
• Culinary experience in a senior living setting- preferred
• Three years P&L / budget experience - required
• Expert knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost?controls and presentation
• Must be hands-on manager 
• Must be experienced with computers to include Microsoft Office Suite
• ServSafe certified – required
• 80% travel- required
