Salary: 115,000 - 140,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We are looking for candidates who possess 3-5 years of experience in a combination of information compliance and Information Technology positions, demonstrating progressive growth in responsibility. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related or compliance discipline is required. Cyber Security certification is preferred (CISSP, OSCP, CompTIA Security+/Pentest+, etc.). Applicants should have direct and recent working experience with compliance programs/Information Security Frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS. Proven familiarity with current IT security and compliance technologies is essential.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident response, intrusion detection, or threat intelligence, along with robust knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common protocols. Experience with managing endpoint and server protection technology, as well as application and network penetration testing, is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Cyber Security Analyst, I will develop and enforce information security and privacy practices in a "cloud-first" environment, ensuring the proper education and maintenance of regulatory/compliance standards. I will execute vulnerability management tasks including the review of vulnerability scans, maintenance of related tools, and tracking of remediation efforts.
• Additionally, I will focus on the continuous improvement of monitoring and response capabilities, particularly in Cloud-native environments. I will assist with review audits and comprehend all aspects of Cybersecurity, applying technical application security testing expertise to identify weaknesses that affect our sensitive information. I will ensure that our ISMS documentation and policies are up-to-date while actively engaging in the greater information security community to identify new technologies and techniques.

In this role, I will conduct information security risk assessments and assist with internal auditing of information security processes. I will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of access to corporate and customer applications, databases, and systems, while monitoring the security infrastructure for policy violations. Additionally, I will assist in responding to client requests and help test and implement controls that apply security protections to our enterprise systems.

Travel for this position is rare, with expectations of only 0-1 domestic trips per year. I will engage daily with both external Virtuoso members and internal staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments.
