Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Interviewer to join our dynamic recruiting team. This role is essential for evaluating the technical skills of candidates in Python programming and assessing the veracity of the technical competencies listed on their resumes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech talent market, particularly in software development, with exceptional abilities in evaluating and verifying technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough technical assessments of candidates' skills in Python programming, including coding tests, problem-solving exercises, and project evaluations.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific technical requirements for each role.
  • Develop and refine assessment criteria and methods to effectively evaluate candidates against job requirements.
  • Review and verify the technical competencies listed on candidates’ resumes for accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the recruiting team to aid in the selection process.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in software programming and technical recruiting.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the assessment process and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 2 years focused on Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of various software development practices and technologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing effective technical assessment tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency in using technical assessment platforms and tools.
