Review and verify data to identify any errors or discrepancies.
Manage a high volume of data entry tasks with precision.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
Communicate any issues or errors to the appropriate team members.
Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED certificate.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience with data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Benefits:
Flexible hours: While training will take place in the office for 1-3 weeks, the position can be transitioned to remote work afterward.
Competitive pay: $20-23 per hour.
