Temporary Recruiter – Staffing Agency

Location: Canton, OH
Duration: Temporary (Length TBD)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.00/hour

Our staffing agency is looking for a Temporary Recruiter to assist with sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients
• Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in staffing or HR preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills
