Job Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us expand our user base and promote our brand new platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding and digital advertising. This person must be able to lead a team of writers, designers, and content creators to interact with our target audiences. The role also requires a use of various mediums such as social media, blog, and email marketing to create effective campaigns that increase traffic and sign ups.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing marketing team including freelancers and interns.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Researching demand for our service and competitor research.
• Understanding and developing budgets for marketing strategies, including cost of campaign, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Organizing and/or attending company conferences, trade shows, and major events to recruit more users. 
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, ads, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to plan budgets and manage teams.
