We are excited to invite a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team as a Virtual Pre-K Special Education Teacher. Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging virtual instruction to preschool students with special needs, focusing on their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
Regularly assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies and interventions to meet the goals outlined in each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Maintain clear, open communication with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress, behavior, and any additional support needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive virtual classroom environment that encourages active student engagement and participation.
Offer ongoing feedback and support to help students develop independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Special Education licensure with an endorsement to teach Pre-K or Early Childhood Education.
Experience working with young children with disabilities, including autism, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges.
Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms, educational technology, and remote teaching methods.
Comfort with using technology to conduct lessons and assessments in a virtual setting.
