The Virtual Scheduler will be responsible for managing and scheduling all travel arrangements for your clients. This includes coordinating flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel needs. This is a remote position, so a strong online presence and the ability to work independently are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize and implement complex travel schedules for clients including air, hotel, car, and other travel needs.
2. Meet and exceed customer service standards in all client interactions.
3. Advise clients on travel options based on their needs and interests, while considering budget constraints.
4. Manage travel emergencies or changes in plans with efficiency and poise.
5. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or video conferencing to discuss travel plans and make necessary changes.
6. Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements and client preferences.
7. Keep up-to-date on travel industry trends and share insights with the team.
Required Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent, further education in travel, tourism, or related field will be a plus.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Superior customer service skills and a genuine passion for travel.
4. Proficiency in using travel booking software and online platforms.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
