Loyalty program experience (authenticated experience NOT marketing/public exp)
Design Team leader
Content Writing
Graphic Design

Job Description

12 years in visual design with a strong focus on web mobile apps dashboards and presentations.
Significant experience in the banking financial services or fintech industries is preferred.
Skills That Set You Apart:
Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Figma Sketch and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Expertise in designing dashboards data visualizations and crafting visually engaging financial graphics.
Advanced understanding of typography color theory visual hierarchy and layout design.
Experience in ADA compliance and accessible design for digital platforms.
Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Competitive mindset ready to challenge and elevate the teams existing talent with your skills.
Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and designs to stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects within deadlines.

Education:

Bachelors degree in visual design Graphic Design or a related field.
Certifications in advanced visual design branding or motion graphics are a plus.
