1.Service of Food and Beverages:

• Serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ensure efficient and expedient service to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Encourage repeat visits by maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, furniture, and restaurant areas.
• Take responsibility for breakage and loss prevention of restaurant items.

• Set up tables, side stations, and public areas as per company SOPs.
• Ensure all items required for table setup are clean and in place.

• Interact with guests warmly and courteously.
• Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Inform managers of any complaints or issues.

• Follow food and beverage hygiene procedures.
• Adhere to security, fire, and safety procedures as per restaurant regulations.

• Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Serve efficiently and confidently with a friendly demeanor.
• Follow company policies, restaurant rules, and regulations.
• Work well with other team members to deliver efficient service.

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail to ensure tables and service areas are set up correctly and maintained.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school, diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
• Perform dance routines or choreographed performances with skill and flair, captivating audiences.
• Engage and entertain guests through dance performances, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
