Job Description

We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Kentwood, MI location.

Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 5:00 AM to End of Sort, Saturday 6:00 AM to End of Sort, roughly 20-25 hrs per week  

How you will be rewarded as a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler:

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.50 (weekly pay)

As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to:

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!

Skills you need:

• Ability to stay on your feet while working - this is a great job for someone looking to stay active!
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program:

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
  Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure.
• Dates of the $500 referral bonus eligibility will be for referrals that start between 04/1/2024 and 10/31/2024.
• Please note that candidates must indicate on their application in Ceridian Dayforce, the full name of the person who referred them to the location.
