Job Description

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs ) PER DIEM weekend positions in:

• Area 1: Boston (Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury)..
• Area 2: Brighton (Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville).

Qualifications of Staff Nurse include:

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN).
• Hands-on nursing experience as an RN.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
• Strong interpersonal skills as an RN.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN.

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN.
• Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN.
